Information we keep

• Access logs: IP address, date and time, the page you opened, your browser (user agent), and the page you came from. Kept for 90 days to keep the site secure and to fix problems.
• When you use AI: your request, the class and language you chose, the macro AI returned, your IP address, and the date and time. Kept for 90 days to prevent abuse and to improve the site.
• AI usage count: to limit each person to 10 tries a month, we count by a value made from your IP address with a key that changes every month. The IP address itself is not stored in the count, and the count and key are deleted when the month changes.

Access statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It records the page, the page you came from, your browser and device type, and your country, without cookies and without identifying you. The statistics are kept by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States).

In your browser

• The language you chose is saved in your browser (localStorage) so the site opens in it next time. It is not sent to us.
• A shared link holds the macro after “#” in the URL. That part is not sent to our server.

AI processing

Requests to AI are sent to SAKURA internet's “SAKURA AI Engine” and processed in data centers in Japan.

SAKURA internet states that input data is not used to train models or improve its service, and that inputs and responses are not stored (Zero Data Retention).

Please do not write personal information in your request.

Sharing with others

We do not give the information above to anyone else, except for the AI processing and access statistics described above, or when required by law.

To ask about or delete information about you, contact us below. Records are deleted automatically after the periods above.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update this page and the date below.
